To whom it may concern,
Wizard of Dogz is a viral film to promote the new BBC show ‘Over the Rainbow’, a show where Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber is on the search for a new Dorothy and a new Toto for a West End show.
To highlight the search for Toto, the BBC has created a Wizard of Oz film where all the good characters are played by dogs, and the baddies are cats.
